Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods, or

  • in the case of a split delivery, when the last item was delivered.

You can inform us by email with a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the sample form below, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.

Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to the return address we provide within 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusions of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

  • Items made to customer specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
